The online account services introduced by the Petland Credit Card lets you manage your account even on the go. Once logged in you can update account details, sign up for email alerts, view statements, make payments, view transaction history and monitor account activities. How to Login

Step 1– In order to sign into your credit card account, you should open the login homepage (d.comenity.net) of the Petland. Once the web page opens you will find the Sign In section towards the left, as shown in the picture below.

Step 2– Fill in your User Name and Password in the respective boxes and then press “Sign In”.

Forgot User Name or Password

Step 1– Cardholders who have lost their login credentials should navigate to the click on the “Forgot username or password?” link which is situated at the bottom of the sign in section. (For direct access to the username or password reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– To reset password and retrieve username enter the following details:

• Credit Card Account Number or User Name
• ZIP Code / Postal Code
• Identification Type
• Last 4 Numbers of Social Security Number

Step 3– Finally, press the “Find my Account” button and you will be directed to set new login particulars.

Make Payment

Step 1– To pay credit card bills online the cardholder is required to sign into his/ her credit card account following the steps provided above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab on the account dashboard.

Step 2– You can authorize an auto debit payment method that lets the credit card company to directly collect the bill from the bank on the due date without having to go through too much trouble.

Activate Card

Step 1– In order to activate your newly received credit card for use call at 1-866-499-4761 and then provide the requested card details necessary for activation.
