Military Star Credit Card facilitates its card owners with an easy to use online platform using which they can log into their credit card account, activate a card and pay bills. The credit card is serviced by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES).  It is a point rewards card with plenty of rewards points which can be redeemed towards future purchases. The online account management system allows you to enjoy operating the credit activities from the comfort of your home. Logging into your online account you can set account alerts, view, and print account statements, sign up for paperless statements, set up an auto debit and monitor account activities. Read below to find assistance through the login and bill payment process. We have also mentioned guidelines using which you can reset user id and password.

How to Login

Step 1– Visit the homepage (myecp.com) of the Military Star and then search for the login widget situated towards the top left corner of the web page, as pictured below.

Step 2– Provide your User ID and Password in the respective boxes and then press “Log In”.

Forgot User ID

Step 1– In order to retrieve your user id navigate to the homepage and then select the “Forgot User ID” Link located just below the space to enter the user id. (For direct access to the username reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Enter the following information to validate your ID:

• Last Name
• Last 5 Digits of SSN
• Date of Birth
• Please enter the string as shown above

Forgot Password

Step 1– Press the “Forgot Password” link located at the bottom of the login section on the Military Star Credit Card’s homepage. (For directly approaching the password reset page, click here Link).

Step 2– Enter the following details to retrieve your password:

• User ID
• Last 5 Digits of SSN
• Date of Birth
• Please enter the string as shown above

Step 3– Click on the “Validate” button below and you will be allowed to set a new password for your account.

Make Payment

Step 1– Paying off your Military Star Credit Card bill just takes a few minutes. The customer is required to log into their online account following the steps provided above. Once logged in you will find the “Payments” tab which will direct you through the process.

Step 2– You can make the process easier by setting up an auto debit payment method. This allows the credit card company to collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Activate Card

Step 1– To activate a newly received the credit card call at 1-877-891-7827 and then provide your card number and name on the card.
