CareCredit credit card provides its customers with a secure online platform using which they can log in, pay bills and activate a card. Synchrony Bank is the issuer of the credit card. It is a health care financing card that allows you to finance your health care expenses.
The mobile apps developed by the CareCredit has eased the online account management process. The existing customers can gain the complete access to their credit card operations just through a web-enabled smartphone. Logging into your credit card account you can view account statements, sign up for electronic statements, monitor account activities and update account information. How to Login
Step 1– Customers who desire to sign into their credit card account must open the login homepage (mysynchrony.com) and then look for the “Login” button located towards the top right corner, as pictured below.
Step 2– Next, a login window will be displayed on the screen. Enter your User Name and Password in the blank spaces and then press the “Secure Login” button.
Forgot Username
Step 1– Cardholders who are unable to recall their username should go to the login homepage of the CareCredit and then select the “Find User Name” link located at the bottom left of the sign in section.
Step 2– The user will be directed to a new webpage. To find your username you need to enter the following information:
- Account Number
- Last four digits of SSN
- Date of Birth
Forgot Password
Step 1– In order to retrieve your login password, you must proceed to the login page of the CareCredit and then click on the “Reset Password” link situated at the bottom of the ‘sign in’ widget.
Step 2– To reset your password you are required to verify your identity with the following cardholder information.
- User Name
- Last four digits of SSN
- Date of Birth
Make Payment
Step 1– To pay credit card bills online, the customer is required to sign into his/ her online account following the guidelines mentioned above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Payments” button.
Step 2– The customer can set an auto debit that allows the credit card company to directly collect the bills from your bank account.
