Bank of the West Credit Cards provides its existing customers with an easy to use online portal that enables them to log in, pay credit card bills and activate a card. It is a low-interest card with a low APR. Moreover, it offers you will roadside and travel insurance.
Cardholders can manage their credit card operations from their comfort of their home, just by signing in through a tablet or computer with an active internet connection. Logging into your credit card account you can view account statements, add an authorized user, sign up for electronic statements, set up account alerts and update account information. How to Login
Step 1– Navigate to the sign in homepage (bankofthewest.com) of the Bank of the West Credit Cards. Once the web page opens look for the “Sign In” button towards the top right corner of the screen, as shown in the image below. (For direct access to the sign in page, use this Link).
Step 2– As you click on the Link you will be directed to a new webpage that displays the sign-in section. Fill in your Username and Password in the respective boxes and then press “Sign In”.
Step 1– Users who are unable to recall their username should go to the login page and then select the link that reads as “Forgot your Username?”
Step 2– Next you will be prompted to choose whether you have a personal or business account, check the “Yes” option if you have your Bank of the West debit card number and finally select whether you have a Social Security Number.
Step 3– Complete the username recovery form with the following details:
- First Name
- Middle Name (online if it appears on your card)
- Last Name
- Checking Account Number
- Debit Card Number
- Social Security Number
Step 1– In order to reset your password, you must contact the customer service by calling at 1-800-488-2265.
Step 1– To make a payment you must sign into your credit card account following the guidelines mentioned above. On the account dashboard, you will find the “Payment” button. Click on it and you will be taken ahead to the payment gateway.
Step 2– The user can authorize an auto debit, which allows the credit card company to directly collect the bills from your bank account.
