How to Login

Step 1- To access your account, first go to Ally Cash Back Credit Card login page. Here, enter your username and password and click ‘Log In’.

Forgotten Username/Password:

Step 1- If you’ve forgotten your username then to retrieve it click ‘Forgot your Username’ as given in the image below.

Step 2- On clicking the link a pop-box will appear which will give you the number of the customer service. Call them to get help regarding your lost username.

Step 3- If you want to reset your password then click on “Forgot your Password” at the login section.

Step 4- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their ‘Username’ and ‘Social Security Number’. Users can choose to either receive the password hint through mail or text, or they can create a new password. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed with the process.

To Make a Payment:

Step 1- In order to pay the credit card bill, the user will have to sign into their Ally Cash Back Credit Card online account and look for the option on the bill payment. You can also pay the bill by visiting the nearest bank branch or you can contact the customer care at 1-888-916-2559

Step 2- Another option to pay the bill is that the user can authorize an auto debit from their bank and the credit card company will collect the monthly bill from your bank account without having to go to much trouble.

Activate the Card:

Step 1- After receiving the credit card through the mail, cardholders will have to first activate the card before they start using it. And to activate, they’ll have to  get enrolled.

Step 2- To enroll, click on ‘Enroll‘ at the bottom of the login page

Step 3- The cardholders will be taken to a new page where they’ve to fill in the enrollment form. Click ‘Continue’ in the end.
